Check-in: between 4.00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Please note that late check-in is available. For every change in the check-in please contact the Reception but arrivals before 9.00 a.m and after 10.30 p.m. are not accepted.
Check-out: Until 10:00 hours
City tax from 01/01 to 31/12 (from 14 years old):  1,0€ per person per day for a maximum of 10 days
Linen change: first change included (set bath towels) only for stays atleast of 7 nights
Extra linen change: 8€ per person (set bath towels)
Cleaning: daily cleaning aren’t provided. It can be required with extra charge (25€ Studio – 30€ One-Bedroom – 35€ Premium each day, to ask during booking before the arrival – kitchen cleaning not included); you can find a welcome cleaning kit with liquid cleanser and sponges to wash dishes
Crib: free
Extra bed: children under 12 years stay free – further older children or adults are charged 15€ per day (max 1 bed per apartment)
Small pet: 15€ supplement for final cleaning (we can not accept dogs of breeds at risk aggression and considered dangerous for humans; list)
Utilities (electricity, water): free
International breakfast: 8,5€ per person for adults, 6€ for kids 4-10 years and free for kids < 4 years
Costa Verde Card: free of charge – it allows our guest of using discounts in the settled structures (restaurants, laundries, bakeries, car/scooters rent)
Deposit: 100€ cash
Confirmation deposit: 30% of total booking cost
Cancellations: Up to 15 days before the beginning of your stay, cancellations will be charged at 50% of your deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the beginning of your stay, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
Documents: Our guests will be accepted only and exclusively if in possession of original and valid identity document; photocopies or other digital formats will not be considered valid
